OUR STORY

We made the wellness shot we couldn't find.

Nutrient-dense superfoods. Select ingredients. Made by a physician who reads the label for a living, and who is obsessed with sourcing.

Our approach.

We believe taking care of yourself shouldn’t be complicated. It starts with real food, the kind you recognize, the kind you actually want in your fridge.

If we’re going to make something, it has to be something we’d feel good about giving to our own kids. That’s our standard. Luckily, our kids love Elixir Shots, which tells us we’re on the right track.

Elixir Shots are thoughtfully made beverages using fruits, roots, and botanicals, cold-pressed and handled with care.

Not supplements. Not made in a lab. Just real food, made simply and intentionally.

We first created these shots for our own family. Today, we’re honored to share them with yours.” — Dr. Lina & James

How we got here.

As a physician, Dr. Lina Delbrück spent years watching people search for answers in pills, supplements, and overly complicated routines. What she wanted instead was something simpler. Something rooted in food and built for real life. Long before supplements existed, physicians like Hippocrates believed food belonged at the center of daily care, not as a cure, but as a foundation. That idea stayed with us.

So we began making fresh, cold-pressed shots for our own family, made from real roots and fruits, kept refrigerated, and handled like food. Over time, friends asked for them, then friends of friends. Eventually, Elixir Shots became something we felt proud to share.

Make food approachable.

Keep it simple.
