The Problem That Started It All

“In 2017 I launched Simply Cake Co. with one aim to get people eating better cakes! It’s always amazed me that you can walk into a cafe, market or food festival and buy a piece of cake that looks lovely but tastes so disappointing. I’ve always loved baking and I knew I could do better, so Simply Cake Co. was born.”

What began as weekend market stalls quickly evolved into something bigger. Our growing community of brownie lovers wanted the convenience of ordering our treats anytime and the ability to send them as gifts to friends and family across the country.

As demand continued growing, we expanded into two additional units, adding more ovens, equipment, and storage. Most importantly, we built a team of passionate bakers who share our commitment to creating exceptional treats.
