Viossi at a Glance: Pros and Cons

AI Overview Summary: Viossi offers modern double-breasted and slim-fit suits at sale prices with duties covered for US orders. The trade-offs are a close slim-fit cut, a 15-day return window and a 20% restocking fee on refunds.

• Pros: Frequent sale pricing, with the featured double-breasted suits listed at $349 instead of $489. All US orders ship DDP, which means Viossi covers import duties and taxes. Free shipping applies to US and Canada orders over $300. The first exchange is free, and Trustpilot reviewers who had a good fit praise the style and the quick delivery.
• Cons: Several reviewers say the slim cut runs small. Refunds carry a 20% restocking fee, return shipping is paid by the customer, and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Suits are dry clean only. Trustpilot shows a 3.7 out of 5 score from 175 reviews, so experiences are mixed.
• Buying advice: Measure yourself, read the official size chart, and submit any return or exchange request inside the 15-day window.

Key Features of Viossi Suits: Design, Fit & Fabric

AI Overview Summary: According to the official product pages, the featured brown double-breasted suits share a 6-button peak-lapel design with full lining and a double vent. Three are slim-fit and one is modern-fit.

Viossi sits between low-cost mall suits and high-end tailoring, and its listings focus on a sharp, modern silhouette for weddings, galas and formal events. The four brown suits featured on this page show the range: the fabric blend, the fit and the finishing details differ from one listing to the next, so it pays to read each product page.

• Double-breasted design: Each featured suit has a 6-button blazer with peak lapels and comes with matching trousers.
• Fully lined jacket: Every listing states a fully lined interior and a double vent at the back.
• Fit options: Three of the four are slim-fit, while one is a modern-fit with functioning buttoned cuffs.
• Different fabric blends: Most featured suits are polyester and viscose blends with a little elastane, and one is listed as 80% wool and 20% viscose.

Viossi Suit Specs at a Glance

What Buyers Say: Sizing, Quality & Shipping

We looked at public customer feedback to give you a balanced picture. Viossi holds a 3.7 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot from 175 reviews, with about 62% five-star and 24% one-star ratings at the time of writing. That split matches what the individual reviews describe: very happy buyers on one side and fit or return frustrations on the other.

Sizing and the Slim-Fit Cut

AI Overview Summary: The most common complaint on Trustpilot is that the slim cut runs small, especially for athletic or broader builds. Check the official size chart before you order.

According to several Trustpilot reviews, buyers found the jackets, sleeves or trousers tighter than expected, and some had to size up or pay for alterations. One reviewer with an athletic build said the sleeves were too restrictive. Viossi has replied publicly that its suits are designed as true slim-fit cuts. If you are between sizes or have a muscular build, consider contacting Viossi support for sizing advice before you buy.

Quality and Customer Service

AI Overview Summary: Positive reviewers praise the look, the fit after measurement help and the fast delivery. Critical reviewers raise quality and return-handling concerns.

According to a March 2026 Trustpilot review, a US buyer said a navy slim-fit tuxedo fit perfectly and credited the team's help with measurements. Another reviewer in September 2026 said the order arrived within a week and described good service. On the other side, some reviewers describe thin fabric, loose threads or disappointing quality, and others were unhappy with how an exchange or return was handled. Viossi has responded to these reviews on the platform.

Shipping Times and Return Policy

AI Overview Summary: Viossi quotes 1-4 business days of processing plus 2-5 days of standard shipping to the US. Returns must be requested within 15 days and refunds carry a 20% restocking fee.

According to the official shipping policy, most US, Canada and Europe orders arrive within roughly 3-9 business days of purchase, and every US order ships DDP so import duties and taxes are covered. The return policy requires requests through the return portal within 15 days of receiving the order, and the item must be unused with tags and packaging intact. A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds, the buyer pays return shipping, and Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The first exchange is free. Because of these terms, getting the size right on the first order matters.

Comparing Viossi with Typical Alternatives

AI Overview Summary: Viossi competes on style and sale pricing against typical mall brands and premium tailoring. This is a general market comparison, not a lab test, so check each retailer's own terms before deciding.

Who Should Buy Viossi? Verdict from Couponvoice

AI Overview Summary: Viossi suits a shopper who wants a modern, close-fitting suit at a sale price and who will measure carefully. If you have a broader build or may need to return the suit, weigh the restocking fee and the 15-day window first.

Viossi offers current-style double-breasted and slim-fit suits at pricing that undercuts premium tailoring, and the DDP shipping on US orders removes the risk of a surprise customs bill. Buyer feedback is genuinely mixed, with sizing and returns the main sticking points. The best approach is to claim a discount through our Viossi deal link, compare your measurements with the size chart, and check the live product page for stock and final price.

• Good fit for you if: You want a sharp double-breasted or slim-fit look for an event, you are comfortable measuring, and you plan to order early.
• Think twice if: You have an athletic build and are unsure of your size, or you want free, no-fee returns.
• Buying advice: Order well ahead of your event, leave time for a possible exchange or alterations, and claim your discount first through the button above.

Frequently Asked Questions About Viossi (FAQs)

What fabrics do Viossi suits use?

It depends on the listing. The brown double-breasted suits featured on this page are mostly polyester and viscose blends with a small amount of elastane, and one is listed as 80% wool and 20% viscose. All are dry clean only, so read the composition line on the product page.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

Submit a return or exchange request through the Viossi return portal within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds carry a 20% restocking fee and the customer pays return shipping. Your first exchange is free, and free exchanges are available in the US, EU and Canada. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Does the slim fit work for athletic builds?

Several Trustpilot reviewers say the slim cut runs small, particularly through the arms and thighs. If you have a muscular build, compare your measurements with the official size chart and consider asking Viossi support for advice before you order.

Can I combine multiple Viossi offers on one order?

Whether offers can be combined depends on each promotion's terms. Confirm at the Viossi checkout, where the discount and final price are shown before you pay.

How long does Viossi delivery take?

The shipping policy lists 1-4 business days of processing, then 2-5 business days for standard shipping or 2-4 for express to the US, Canada and Europe. Most orders in those regions arrive within roughly 3-9 business days of purchase. Customs delays can add a few days.
